It seems there are other characters in the franchise that can also be referred to as Nahobino.

This is true yeah, but the protagonist is referred to it a lot through the game even though it's more of a race or title than a name. The rest of them either doesn't appear in the game for very long or are very rarely referred to as such.
should we consider having an alias like protagonist_(smt5) -> protagonist_(smtv)?
and nahobino_(smt5) -> nahobino_(smtv) if this goes through

Susano-o Nahobino is admittedly a bit of an esoteric name and most people really just say "nahobino form". but "nahobino form" alone is ambiguous as the expanded game SMTV Vengeance literally adds a new one (by the name of Tsukuyomi)
the SMT Wiki gallery section on the character at least names them "Susano-o Nahobino form" and "Tsukuyomi Nahobino form" so I think my suggestion is fine

doing this one separately in case we don't want another char tag and just want to consider this the default design.
but considering his blue-haired and pronouns Nahobino form has by far the most art, I think a distinct char tag for the student design is fine.

Even though the names are kinda spoilery (the second form existing is a spoiler in itself) I guess there is no better way to do it.
