create alias folding_stock -> folded_stock

Even if the AKS-74 is defined by having a folding stock, there are cases like post #6307946, post #918600, post #8561183 where you can't see enough to tell that the stock is capable of folding. Even in the normal case, an uninformed viewer can't usually tell that it's a folding stock if they don't already know.

It'd make more sense to have folded stock for when the stock is actually folded.

In response to forum #336568, this notion does make sense.

Yes, I think it's better to make it being exclusively used for images that depict firearm buttstock being folded and unused (i.e. post #10221328, post #4787020, post #2223228). If this BUR gets approved, cleanup is required and it's my duty to do so. It does not matter if admins change this into a rename.

Furthermore, sometimes what appears to be modern-looking skeletonized metal stocks are not actually foldable. Take a look at the main variants of Sten gun for example:

Some other examples, the AK-74M and RPK-74 technically have foldable buttstocks, while resembling the fixed ones found on earlier AKs.

For similar logic on how shoulder stock is only used for detachable ones for handguns.
