I guess when we have tags like linea alba and median furrow, having this could make sense. Although I'm confused by your examples, having a quick look through the favgroup I can see a lot of that line between the ribs, but in the first and third picture here in your forum post it doesn't seem like they're defined enough that you can really see the sternum?

The original proposed name for the tag was "chest bones" (yes, really). It sounds like what trapster77 is actually interested in is the costal cartilage, which forms the sternocostal joints between the ribs and the sternum.

there is no way something like "sternocleidomastoid muscle" is going to be easier than understand than "neck muscle" so if sternum makes no sense maybe it should just be chest bones
