unimply enmaided -> alternate_costume

remove implication enmaided -> alternate_costume

enmaided is the only tag to imply alternate costume.

alternate costume and official alternate costume have distinct usage purposes.

I was dealing with post #1958402 which had enmaided but is an official DLC costume for the character. The enmaided wiki does say it only applies if the character "hasn't canonically cosplayed as one". I wasn't sure if an anachronistic DLC costume no one ever acknowledges in-universe counts as "canonic cosplay".

Either the enmaided wiki needs to be more explicit that it doesn't apply to official costumes, or it's best left unaliased.

The previous time enmaided was discussed was to nuke the tag, topic #24856, which included as part of its critiques the mistags of canonical cosplays, though more relevantly there's topic #19511.

I'm removing this, but don't take it as an endorsement for official alternate costume. That tag needs to go.
