deprecate starting_position
This was our tag for the "about to run" pose found in post #3524202 and post #6818249 but earlier today someone created crouch start without knowing we had a tag already. Starting Position isn't descriptive and the new name is, I think we should switch to it, plus starting position could be mistaken for other sports like post #5718908.
For context, "crotch start" is an existing real-life term for the pose, and I did ask around on the Discord server's relevant channel for whether any relevant tag exists, only to be told no. I was only notified about starting position's existence five hours after that original discussion, but even then it's vague as hell; a quick Google search showed that the phrase is predominantly associated with initial employment positions in a workplace rather than anything sports-related.
The bulk update request #47675 (forum #387374) has been approved by @evazion.
