If you're getting sexually explicit images that aren't rating:e or rating:q then they're misstagged. I believe safebooru.donmai.us has additional filters that apply on top of showing only safe-rated images to make sure you're only getting a SFW experience.
If you're fine with mildly sexual stuff and don't want to use Safebooru, then blacklisting Q and E posts will take care of most of it, though you may also want to add areola slip, covered nipples, cameltoe, grabbing another's ass, grabbing another's breast, and maybe even the *_focus tags, as many of these posts tend to be misrated as S when Q would be more appropriate.
