Menstruation related implications and aliases

New tag and previouly underused menstrual_blood tag.

For anyone wondering why "menstrual blood" isn't set to imply "menstruation" it's because of posts like this of a MALE vampire with a bunch of tampons and other period blood soaked objects post #9284112, that depicts menstrual blood but not any character(s) menstruating. Simmilar to pee vs peeing. Imo the menstruation tag should only be there when the posts features the character(s) menstruating. Anyone wanting to find or blacklist this can still use menstrua* just fine (which also covers menstrual pad).

And if people DO want it to imply menstruation even if it's some other male character dealing with menstrual blood.

Would the images in projecting my period cramps (meme) count as menstruation? None of them are currently tagged with it, though they would all be appropriately tagged as menstrual cramps

Hmm I didn't actually know about this meme but since the menstruating character is also present in them it does count? I don't really care either way. If the implication is an issue it can be removed.

I don't think it makes sense to lump menstrual cramps in with leg cramps.

It's not aliasing them to another body part specific cramp and both are cramps. So I think it's ok. The alternative would be something like "pain" or manually tagging that.

This has annoyed me since the comment about the "projecting my menstrual cramps" meme because of some extremely niche potential scenario of a character being drawn suffering from menstrual cramps with the actual menstruating person, who's projecting the cramps, being off screen. I split the bur in two so people can vote on those two implications seperately.
