create alias souffle_rosetti -> peppita_rossetti
rename roger_s_huxley -> roger_s._huxley
All the Star Ocean 3 character names are in the localized English version except for Peppita's. This BUR corrects that and also fixes the missing s on her surname.
Also adding a missing period on Roger's middle name. Opting for a rename here because aliasing seems unnecessary considering autocorrect. If an alias is preferable, please let me know and I'll edit the BUR accordingly.
