suba_tomo_(oozora_subaru) alternate forms (and fixing the name)

BUR #45204 has been rejected.

create alias suba_tomo_(oozora_subaru) -> subatomo_(oozora_subaru)
mass update suba_tomo_(small) -> subatomo_(oozora_subaru) -suba_tomo_(small)
mass update suba_tomo_(big) -> subatomo_(oozora_subaru) -suba_tomo_(big)

Do we really need separate tags for both types of Subatomo? We don't have separate tags for the the alternate Chonkygoon and Longoon for Dokibird's dragoons (post #7783652)

(Also, renaming the tag, since not only 99% of the people use "Subatomo" as a single word but it's also the official romanization)

They're different-looking characters, so what's the harm?

rename suba_tomo_(small) -> subatomo_(small)
rename suba_tomo_(big) -> subatomo_(big)

For now I'm renaming them.
