As defined in the wiki, guest art is a type of official art.

Would guest art in a doujinshi tankobon count for this tag, for example? Imagine an artist makes a kancolle book and another artist is invited to draw a few pages. That would be guest art but not official art.
Though I suppose promotional art would have the same issue. There's already a bunch of posts under promotional_art circle_cut that are definitely not official art.
