This seems the be the name the game uses most often when it wants to distinguish the original Durin from the playable character, and "real" isn't a very clear qualifier now that the other Durin is running around in the real world.
Also, bumping the thread in hopes of maybe getting BUR #49703 and BUR #49705 a second look. It's less than ideal for the tag to be Mini Durin (Genshin Impact) when the playable dragon boy form is never called that name, that I know of.
