This seems to only be used on drakeposting_(meme) posts, and I can't think of any other way it would be used. As far as I know, there aren't really any gestures that specifically mean "yes." There are ones for "no" and "stop," so it makes sense to keep the no_(gesture) and stop_(gesture) tags.

yeah yes isn't a gesture unless you bend your finger up and down as if it's nodding

I feel like no (gesture) needs a wiki. There's a few different types of gesture in there. (I would probably have assumed it was something like x arms, personally.)
