Cabbie Hat/Newsboy Cap

BUR #39654 has been rejected.

create alias newsboy_cap -> cabbie_hat

I usually see these referred to as the same thing and the current wikis say "Also known as a "newsboy cap"" for cabbie hat's wiki and someone edited newsboy cap's wiki to say "See cabbie hat".

I see newsboy cap more often in real life but that might be a regional thing.

Might be worth reversing it to be honest, at least from my side I can't find any noteworthy site on the internet that calls them cabbie hat over newsboy cap.

As above. Newsboy cap seems to be the more common name

Well, according to google nobody but us seems to use "cabbie hat", at best it's called "cabbie cap", but newsboy cap seems to be the far more widely used and known term, so I guess we're going with that one.
