Colored Cardigan Vest

Should colored cardigan vest be treated as colored cardigan or colored vest? Do we give it the same treatment as sweater vest and give it its own colored tags?

In short, is post #4551961 yellow cardigan, yellow vest or yellow cardigan vest?

I know other people think this and sweater_vest are their own thing, but I'm of the opinion they should just be tagged as vests.
