between_breasts implications

BUR #56875 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication neckerchief_between_breasts -> clothes_between_breasts
create implication necktie_between_breasts -> clothes_between_breasts
remove implication necktie_between_breasts -> between_breasts

I'll do the rest of the neckwear too. Not sure about ribbon between breasts because it could be some random ribbon.

We probably need to change it to neck_ribbon_between_breasts to distinguish from random ribbons, and decide on what we're going to do with between breasts because it doesn't make much sense to have a tag that has both clothes between breasts and finger between breasts and sword between breasts.

We almost have one but it's pretty messy and rifle with mistags: breasts out. The wiki stipulates that its usage is for through clothing (e.g. a partially unbuttoned shirt at the chest with them out) or when they're pulled above clothing (no wiki examples but I suppose it would be something in the breasts_out clothes_pull search, probably meant to cover things like post #10960063). It doesn't cover a lift (so not posts like post #10951452) or completely open clothes.

Not to say that we should be using that tag though, or maybe whatever tag we come up with may be worth considering an implication to it, not sure there. Exposure from the clothes being pulled between is a fairly common thing and breasts out doesn't cover that scenario but I agree that it would be worth tagging.

We now have clothes between breasts from this topic so if we want to expand the scope of breasts out to also cover this, I think it could be entirely workable without needing to have a new tag. Breasts out already sounds like it fits the scope here and you've got a good two tag search ready. Breasts out is going to need some cleaning to take out the cases that don't fit.

In a way if you consider that we also have one breast out, we already have a halfway scenario being tagged - clothing can rest between and over one breast while the other one is exposed. post #11047600 is a good example from just yesterday, so breasts out + between breasts would more or less be the double version of this.

Fair enough. I've thought about this a bit in light of the false positives, but every name or tag combination I'm coming up with sounds pretty stupid. The lesser stupid of all of them to me was top between exposed breasts so I'll leave there here as a potential name idea, but I wouldn't advocate for it.

I wasn't able to think of a good tag name using "clothes" because some of our tagging considers minor accessories as clothing so it would end up being functionally the same as (and thus useless) a two-tag search containing false positives. Top sounded good to me at first but then I thought about how this kind of thing is also found with dresses and leotards so it can't really be "top" either unless we consider them tops for tagging purposes (halterneck wiki, forum #424136).

I came up with some more examples from my posts to try and figure something out: favgroup:53658

BUR #56976 has been rejected.

mass update favgroup:53679 -> top_between_exposed_breasts

I'll just get the ball rolling with something tangible. I'm still drawing blanks and this really ended up being the lesser evil of all the options I had, and we all know nothing will happen if a BUR doesn't get pitched. This might give someone name ideas or at the very least allow this to be searchable if there's really nothing better to use.

I made a new favgroup to distinguish it from the other one I propped up for example's sake and will begin populating it with some initial posts that are worth getting the tag. I'm still not a heavy advocate for the name depending on what qualifies as "top" for tagging purposes but the other names leave this prone to being used with accessories too or being redundant with existing tags.

The radical option would be to walk back considering accessories as "clothes" across the board but that's way out of scope by fundamentally challenging what we consider to be clothes. Being unable to use the word "clothes" makes naming this tricky.

nipples (clothes_between_breasts or (breasts_out between_breasts)) -one_breast_out is the search I've come up with for trying to look for more examples.
