If we're truly going to consider it a meme it'd just have to be qualified with _(meme) in topic #19634. However this is definitely not what one would call a "meme", it's just a theme and/or trope.

This tag is about the very specific Yuno face so I don't know about it not being a meme. Anyway, I'll go over to that topic for this request then.
