Are there even any characters with that kind of design? I don't know if that trend is common enough to worry about. As it stands, all the posts in blue mouth are the same as blue tongue.

Not sure if easy to find, but here are two examples of the inner mouth one color and tongue a different color. post #6959090 (blue tongue, red mouth) and post #7518011 (green tongue, red mouth).
blue lips is for the lips, blue tongue is for the inside of the mouth. I don't think we should conflate the two things: having lipstick is much different from having a colored tongue.
