create alias disembodied_limb -> disembodied_hand
The vast majority of posts in disembodied limb are of disembodied hands, even though the tag is technically for both hands and feet, which makes searching for disembodied feet impossible.
This tag should be renamed and we should start using disembodied foot (which I just created)
This was discussed back in topic #16804 where there seemed to some consensus, but no action was taken.
