Unimply Holding Vegetable

BUR #25250 has been rejected.

remove implication holding_pumpkin -> holding_vegetable
remove implication holding_spring_onion -> holding_vegetable
create implication holding_pumpkin -> holding
create implication holding_spring_onion -> holding

These implications cause holding pumpkin and holding spring onion to imply vegetable, which is not implied by any other food tags. This BUR aims to bring these tags in line with similar holding tags like holding carrot.

Bringing pumpkin back up specifically because pumpkin doesn't imply vegetable (actually nothing does, apparently?)... It's not a vegetable by the way.

There are probably some implications that should exist for vegetable but that's a topic for a different BUR.

I was gonna say holding vegetable now needs cleanup... But honestly, it makes me wonder why we even have these umbrella tags that are completely useless for searching. As if anyone was searching for "give me a character holding ANY vegetable"...

Vegetable is a mess on its own - the wiki includes "nonsweet fruit", which implies a lemon counts as a vegetable. Which I seriously doubt anyone believes.
