Meteorological Halo

create alias sun_halo -> meteorological_halo
create alias moon_halo -> meteorological_halo

Catchall name for both types of halos.
While there's nothing tagged moon_halo currently it seems like it could be a useful utility alias.

Isn't meteorology about weather? Those are astronomic objects.

It's due to light interacting with ice crystals in the atmosphere, though I am not sure most people would understand what the tag is being used for at a glance.

Oh. I assumed those were tags for halos that decorate the head, given there's been some discussion on those recently

I'm worried that aliases like these will end up with people tagging sun-shaped or moon-shaped halos with meteorological halo, though if it hasn't happened yet with sun halo it might not be that much of a problem.

Also sun halo is massively undertagged, that stuff is usually just tagged with lens flare.
