That's dumb. Like all fgo servant ascensions that are different enough, it needs a tag. Just because it has the most art doesn't make it the "default"

You're going to have a hard time convincing me that we need an Okada Izou (First Ascension) (Fate) tag when I can get roughly the same results just by searching for Okada Izou (Fate).
