Alias for menhera-chan & manga

create alias wrist-cut_transformation_subculture_menhera -> menhera-chan_(ezaki_bisuko)
create alias sakurai_momoka_(menhera-chan) -> menhera-chan_(ezaki_bisuko)_(character)

The full name of the manga she comes from is "Wrist-Cut Transformation Subculture✡Menhera". And the character's actual name is Momoka Sakurai. I think this is worth changing because it might confuse people.

I don't mind an alias of some form for the name of the manga, but it seems like the name you're proposing (リスカ変身サブカル✡メンヘラ) is the name that was used for the self-published tankobon (Vol 1 and Vol 2) and an English translation project for it. Otherwise, the name of the larger franchise and the original manga (Twitter, Pixiv), as well as its official republication (Amazon), is simply "Menhera-chan". I think that a utility alias (aliasing wrist-cut transformation etc. -> menhera-chan (ezaki bisko)) for searchability would be preferable over aliasing the whole character franchise to the first manga.

It's also not a good idea to manually create and populate the tags you want to alias something to before the alias goes through: supposing it doesn't, there now exist tags which have to be moved back. When you alias tags to non-existent ones, the traits of the old ones are migrated to the new ones. So if you alias a character to a brand new name, it'll show up as a blue tag on the BUR, but if the alias goes through, the new tag will be a character-type tag and will have the wiki of the old one.

This was like the 2nd thing I've ever aliased so mistakes were made but I've updated the order of the aliases and it should be correct now. Not sure if I can somehow temporarily delete the two tags I've created until this is approved though.

I still kinda think having the nickname instead of the character's actual full name is a bit eh, but if it's the only solution right now I'll take it.

I saw some of these tags pop up in my EL, was it manually moved?

It was, by the user who made the BUR, though it was done in reaction to another user.
