Counter-Strike changes

BUR #21060 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename counter_strike:_global_offensive -> counter-strike_2
create alias counter-strike:_global_offensive -> counter-strike_2

Reason for rename: missing hyphen
Reason for alias: CS2 is the same game as CS:GO but with FEWER characters/maps/weapons and doesn't even have the distinction that Overwatch 1/Overwatch 2 have. While eventually CS2 will get new characters/maps/weapons, this distinction is not at all important. It also doesn't matter for posts specifically referencing official key art like post #6210256, post #5689975, and anything else that looks specifically CS:GOey. CS:GO all but no longer exists, so any future art that is specifically the newer games is automatically presumed to be of CS2.

remove alias counter-strike:_global_offensive -> counter-strike_2

Despite CSGO no longer existing, iconic scenes like the olofboost or other memorable moments are an integral part of the memory and culture of CSGO. It's unreasonable to lump all CSGO posts into CS2 just because of an update, when we can expect CS2 to have it's own moments to shine in the future.

CSGO is back on Steam, not just an update to CS2. I guess this alias isn't relevant anymore?

Now, hold your horses there! It isn't as simple as CS:GO just being back on Steam. This is the barebones version that was made available through CS2's beta branches, so no achievements, no Valve-hosted servers, no nothing. They just decided to give it its own Steam page and allow folks to have both games available at once as opposed to forcing you to have one or the other. The community server browser is even broken!

This ironically affirms that CS2 is an update to CS:GO because CS:GO is not going to get any active support anymore unless forced otherwise (like I have to imagine folks are going to twist their arms over that server browser).

In addition, given how much CS2 and CS:GO share stuff, how would you resonably tag things beyond what albert mentioned above? Sure, you can raise the argument of exclusive maps, but for the maps the two share, what are the major differences you'd be able to identify in tagging? And even more important, how would you decide which copytag to use for the gun skins?

That's Valve that I know. They have tendency to not support previous games that they've created, but instead giving it to their community. For example Counter Strike Source is still actively played in community servers (even thought most of them are just bots).

You've got me here. There's almost no different between them in maps and skins. Most of artists who draw them also don't really know much about this either. I guess this BUR is should be rejected then.
