Darkbolt Jonin and Yae Kasumi are one and the same. While she is used in-game as a Sakura battlesuit, she is and always has been Yae Kasumi, never Yae Sakura.
Kasumi is a clone (and reincarnation) of Sakura from a bubble world where Sakura died. She's in the same position for Yae Sakura that Kongming and Luna do for Theresa or that Haxxor Bunny does for Bronya (that is, alternate universe versions).

Honkai tags and outfits are weird in that some are just costumes, but a few are legit different versions of the characters (such as the ones mentioned above).
For example, yae_sakura_(goushinnso_memento) is in fact not Yae Sakura at all, but actually Flamechaser / Previous Era Sakura. Yae Sakura is a miko, PE Sakura isn't. They are different characters. You may or may not be able to argue that Yae Sakura is PE Sakura's reincarnation, but that's a separate thing.

Also looking at that list, why is Chrono Navi an implication for Ai-chan? They are completely unrelated and have nothing to do with each other.
Ai Hyperion Lambda / Chrono Navi is some weird Time Cristal entity that showed up out of nowhere in the lasts chapters of HI3 Part 1 and merely looks kinda like Ai-chan.
Ai-chan is a Previous Era AI that serves as the Hyperion's AI sistem after A1 (a gynoid that Theresa defeated) got plugged into it.

create alias ai-chan_(chrono_navi)_(honkai_impact) -> ai_hyperion_lamdba_(honkai_impact)

Ai Hyperion Lambda and Ai-chan are different characters and have nothing to do with one another. They just look similar.
Jingwei is a version of Hua.

Starlit Astrologos is literally just Kongming.
Dark Ji Xuanyuan is a form/state of Ji Xuanyuan.
Lunar Vow is older Luna.

Where are "starlit astrologos" or "zhuge kongming" mentioned in-game? Is starlit astrologos the english name of the skin? It's not clear to me by looking at the wikis. The honkai wiki uses Starlit Astrologos for the skin.

Starlit Astrologos is the name of the Theresa Battlesuit representing Kongming, they are one and the same.
Kongming is an alternate/bubble world version of Theresa first encounted by the player in the <Captain's Bizarre Adventure> (aka, Captainverse) event storyline, first appearing in the Honkai Kingdoms event. She became part of Captain's crew after a number of things happened and she was rejected by her bubble world, which made Captain do a lot time-loops/time-travel to save her life.

Luna Kindred is not a dark version of Theresa, she is a full on alternate Theresa from a bubble world much like Kongming above. In one of the most the most recent Captainverse event where she becomes her Luna Vow older self, she tried to get rid of other Theresas in the Sea of Quanta for what appears to be Captain-related reasons. She first appeared in the Sanguine Nights event, the start of the Captainverse storyline. Her name is in fact Theresa, named by Kallen of her bubble world, but everyone in-universe just decided to call her Luna and that what she goes by now. She recently became part of Captain's crew after she grew into her older self.

Both Luna and Kongming are AU Theresas, basically. Essentially the same thing with Yae Kasumi and Yae Sakura.
Actually, that brings up a question, why is the GGZ Theresa tag (the one with a "k" instead of a "c") a different tag from her HI3 tag when all the other GGZ/HI3 shared characters share tags? seems odd to me.
