Seems nobody ever made her a frame tag
Mainly because there were no posts of her alternate costume at the time so I wanted to avoid creating an implication for a tag that would just be effectively equal to 100% of the posts of the base character tag and where I could just settle for official alternate costume.
She's not a very popular character to draw with only 11 posts over a sparse time period; granted, we do have implied tags for other characters just because that's the norm and I was told it's fine and should have the tag when I attempted to nuke them before, but I start to think more and more about if that was a good choice.
I'll meh vote this for now until there's at least more posts of Moonweave Shorn and at most of other alternate costumes.

Although I'll upvote this one and the others, I should point out these characters do not get uploads of these costumes and aren't expected to in the future, though the last time I tried to nuke a single-tag implication like this I was told it would be fine to keep mostly because it was automated, so I don't know if we still want to uphold that or if it would be okay to sniff out the single-post implications for characters that aren't expected to get posts and settle for official alternate costume instead. This is what I do for Wuthering Waves until I'm sure that an outfit should get a costume tag.

I was the one who added and edited the wikis for the characters above. I'll be sure to wait for artworks of newer characters before making their wikis next time.
