Gas cylinder utility alias.

create alias propane_tank -> gas_cylinder

Propane tanks (40 posts) are gas cylinders containing propane. Utility alias because we cannot determine gas type inside all of their variants.

For laterally-standing fixed ones which are large and non-portable, there us tank (container).

There is also oxygen tank which is basically gas cylinder too. Should I include it into the alias, or keep it separate due to detailed usage context? (i.e. diving or hospitals). Nevertheless, it is the same thing too.

While some of the posts under propane tank should go under gas cylinder, there are tanks that are uniquely used for propane, such as post #1850700 (standardized propane cylinder) and post #4622018 (standardized gas canister for camping, used for either butane or propane).
