[Blue Archive] Mob name localization aliasing

BUR #18077 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias disciplinary_committee_club_member_(blue_archive) -> prefect_team_member_(blue_archive)
create alias justice_committee_club_member_(blue_archive) -> justice_task_force_member_(blue_archive)

Aliasing to Global's club name designations.

Edit: Alternatively, I've thought about the possibility of making an alias along the lines of justice_mob_(blue_archive) to keep ease of searchability in mind, but I'm not completely sure about it.

Would anyone actually search for that, though? An alias is only useful if people actually call them that. The Global server names would already put them near the top of the suggestion list just off the first word in the tag, they won't be hard tags to find.

That's true, hence me looking for a second opinion or two. Just thought it may be a bit useful for the average searcher due to simplicity and the fact that some people just shorten it to "Mob-chan", though that's likely just because she's the most popular one (at the moment).
