This can't be aliased holding person because of animals and mecha, but we also have holding mini person. Not sure if we want to split it or what. However some are lifting person, which don't imply holding.
The correct things would probably be to split this into lifting mini person, in palm, holding animal etc.

I think this should still only be used for real guns (because that action is considered goodwill when you point the dangerous part towards yourself).

I think that would be a stretch, but holding cannon is already used for holding a cannon as a weapon, not holding a cannon barrel. Maybe holding cannon barrel should be a different tag.

There's plenty of rifle-looking water guns under water_gun rifle (these are also mistags, because rifle pulls gun which is mutually exclusive with water_gun). Gonna reject it for now.
