I'm not sure whether this should instead be unified with baby_carry and/or carrying_person in one way or another. It looks like usually holding a person is under carrying versus holding.

You are right, I forgot about carrying person. Though, I don't think baby carry should be unified with holding baby, these tags are describing two different things.
