Costume names for Inui Toko. All of Nornis are missing a costume tag and will need their numbering adjusted. Please check whether my BUR logic even makes sense.
Apart from (Nornis) they don't have official names so most of these are straightforward descriptions. We can't do (maid) because her default is a wa maid costume, hence the more specific (western maid).
The iffiest one is (stage dress). It's a costume meant for singing but it's not idol clothes, and the wikis use the word "stage" but I can't find where that comes from. I couldn't find any useful official description or Danbooru precedent so I just went with it.

I think we've been going with Fall over Autumn for costume tags, so I'd recommend updating that. Aside from that, I think we can work with (stage_dress) for now until we figure out something.
