Let's tackle Kanae.

Up until the 17th costume everything is normal. However, there was an error in numbering with the 17th and an extra 18th costume was inserted. Therefore the 19th costume is actually the 18th and the 20th costume is actually the 19th.

The 17th costume cannot be implicated because it has no on-site art, but the 18th and 19th costumes can be corrected, hence the renames.
