Looks at least odd. The hair is not like a human would draw it. The partially hidden lines/strands are not continuous. The line art looks up-scaled and partially repainted. The shiny details at the thighs are highly detailed. The eyes look much worse in comparison.
My guess is an AI generated lower resolution source which was scaled up and partially/badly retouched.

Why not an AI assistant then, but just generation? He might have drawn something, didn't like it, and then combined it?
The line-art and the eyes are way lower quality than the underlying details (like two different artists). The line art traces the contours, but it does not capture every finger? The eyes look pasted in. My guess is a badly generated AI image (fine but blurry details) as the base and a mere trace and minor corrections on top of it. Own creativity?

That doesn't look like a disagreement, it looks more like a "this flag should probably point out the issues instead of just linking a tweet that doesn't explain anything besides looking like an unsubstantiated accusation".

Probably traced rather than outright generated though?
Additionally, if the thread is any indication, most of these were posted on danbooru by the actual artist under a pseudonym.

AI-generated? post #10749429 has nonsensical shoelaces and the criss-cross on the sleeves abruptly end on an unfinished criss-cross. pixiv #138219775 and pixiv #137769960 has some weird chains. Her hair color bleeds into the chain in the latter. The eyes in pixiv #138207449 look odd

The eyes alone tell me that this is ai generated. Lots of typical ai artifacts in the hair. Not a single real brushstroke in sight.

All images show typical ai noise patterns:
- Repeating noise in background
- Noise blooming around the background edges
- Square noise artifacts (not JPEG artifacts)
- Noise around the outlines (outer side)
Anyone saw what the artist tweeted about it?
I‘m not convinced they use AI because an arm is not perfectly aligned either.
Background is clearly AI but I'm not convinced about the girl. Could AI draw that two years ago?

I'd say AI for the girl as well, her clothing in general is making no sense, her right fingers are detached from her hand, and like the flag states, not only the hat but multiple of her accessories were taken from the official art and pasted on top of the picture, like the crystals in her bows.
