I've put the two works present here into Krita and saturated their colors, followed by contrast, revealing a lot of blocky colors where should be none. post #10608387 also has a resolution divisible by 8. Does anyone know if something else than AI leaves these marks?
Interestingly enough, the few works I checked from artist #450095 this way all had the same issue. Just worse.
I stumbled upon these again today while adding a tag to some of my past uploads. I decided to check if the artist had posted more illustrations since as I really liked that style. But then I realised something.
So yeah, it's a little embarassing, but I suspect I might have uploaded two AI-generated images by accident. As I'm writing this, it's becoming more and more obvious to me that I likely fucked up. The batch of links I posted don't look as convincing as the two I posted on Danbooru, and I'd say they look like a mix of artists, mainly QuAn, but also parororo for the very last one.
Could anyone confirm it ?
In the meantime, I've added the tag "ai-generated" to the illustrations. I'd also like to know, what should I do in cases like that ? Do I flag my uploads or something ? Also, is my account getting some negative karma for reporting my own posts ?
post #10502912 Melty lines in the pearls(?) at her waist, in the eyes (especially our left), and disappearing lines in the skirt. post #10528605 The same, in eyes and eyelashes, and in the tail; also, the sleeve merges with the hoodie near the bottom of the hoodie.
I'd say these are AI, unfortunately. As for procedure, if you're certain they're AI then yes you can flag your own posts. If you're uncertain, do as you did here and ask about it (with reasons). The only negative impact of the posts is the same as any other deleted post: it will count against upload slots. Don't worry about it too much, accidental AI posts happen occasionally. I've done it myself a number of times.
Supposedly an artist posting on Pinterest. No obvious errors or anything that can't be done by human hands, but the general style has an uncanny resemblance to AI-generation that makes me hesitant to approve.

Thank you very much for your response.
Honestly, it's getting harder and harder to spot AI unless you really look for it, and considering even I fell for despite noticing these all the time, I can't imagine how hard it will be for commonfolks in a year or two.
This sucks, I really thought I had found a new favourite artist. Doesn't make the image any less good, it just stings :/

If it's any consolation, there is a chance AI the way it is won't survive two years. Still aggravating just how many assholes came out of the woodwork to benefit from it at more honest people's cost. (and yes, I know there are some positives to AI, too bad they're in minority)
Edit: Any thoughts on artist #532965? They seem to be churning out new drawings every day in various styles. At the same time, they rarely have a complex background, so that could make it faster?
Flag no tag. Looks sus and artist has a history. Please tag or refute.
The ears are meant to look like they’re shaded by individual strokes, but they’re not; the lines are all melting into each other. Nonsense lines in the hair below the chin and artifacts in the hair bow on the braid. I could probably find more if I keep looking. Tagged.
aizawa midori I noticed some of their art was tagged and deleted for being AI-gen, but not all. Wanted to get more opinions from over here. Especially post #10088446, which is tagged and deleted but child is not.

All seem well to me, even in their unuploaded work here. Very high res and nothing out of the ordinary. Can even spot a few line errors/crossovers that are typical with human-made art

post #10122327 The hinge on the right side of the glasses seems to be missing or distorted, and the area where the hair and ear meet seems a little confused

Agreed; they're a little subtle, but there are some melty lines present; the dimensions add to my suspicion. I think this is AI.
