While there's a lot of messy details which seem plausibly ai-generated, it's hard to say for sure because it's such a lowres image. What I can say though is that when this artist actually draws legitimate art it looks like post #9309195 , so I'm fairly confident the artist is not capable of drawing these flagged posts.

I'm not sure if it is fully AI-generated, but let's see... the truck, split by the the pibod, appears to be on different distances or heights, bipod itself has some artifact mess at the top and has some blur while also having very sharp pixelation along the legs, the rifle at the top of the gun is confused with gunsight, the back completely makes no sense, scope on top of the gun gets messy with the hair
The resolution could be looked into in both cases. Wait... just how many AI pictures were let in for this artist? post #10126509 her left hand and the frills at the bottom of her nightie (and resolution). post #9590039 loong fingers, shadow artifacts, oddities with hair, inconsistent lines, resolution. post #10211861 hair artifacts, oddities at the back of the bunny suit, resolution. And I can only guess a lot more are there, judging by the near-empty pages.

"lilikochu" seems AI generated. Artist comes out of nowhere, drops 3 artworks on twitter 2 day intervals the disappears again, didn't find much of them anywhere before. Which is very suspicious. The art style is very similar to honkibooty style (another popular AI creator) aside of the artworks noise too and low-res.

I think the background is 100% AI but the character seems fully human. I'm not seeing any glaring AI artifacts on the girl and the image overall looks like as if the character was made entirely separately to the background and then placed on it due to the lack of shadows and overall blurrier quality of the BG.

It's hard to tell because of the resolution but her eyes are artifact-y and so are many other things on that Twitter account, see ruffles on twitter #2010540873835290706 and her hair ornament + horseshoe brooch on twitter #2010270087656411444. I'd say yes AI

That’s AI, the eyes in particular have nonsense lines.
This guy seemed legit, posted an old artwork of his and nothing came up in reverse search so it probably is his, but this Aoko is strange, mainly the ear
Not sure whats going on with the background objects either, and some parts of the body and hair feel blurry to me when full screened
And if you go through his Rin image the ear is less detailed but correctly done, it feels like an artist of this level wouldn't mess up an ear that badly later on so I'm suspicious

Uploader did not check who the artist was before uploading. The artist even has a wiki saying "AI prompter, do not upload."
