Renaming Miss Myusagii

BUR #12560 has been rejected.

rename miss_myusagii -> myu

Renaming the character tag so that it reflects the new name of the artist. She removed the "miss" from her name everywhere and rebranded herself to just "myusagii" (see https://www.twitch.tv/myusagii/about ). Because the artist tag already exists though rename it to "myu" as this is the short version of her character's (and her own) name. I specifically asked her about this and this decision was made by her, you can contact her on Discord if need be, it's linked in the Twitch about description.

I just realized that the "myu" tag already exists. I asked her again and she decided that "Myu Usagii" might be better to rename to for the time being as that also looks more like a character name

myu is already being used by another artist, which admittedly could use a qualifier.
