What zetsubousensei said. But I’d be careful with the translating. I’ve looked through the commentaries you translated and many of them had serious problems such as incorrect names, words that are only romanized instead of translated (mainly those written without kanji), and general incoherence. It’s better to leave translating things beyond your skill level to someone else; a bad translation is worse than no translation, after all. Adding bad translations consistently may actually decrease your chances of becoming a Builder.

On one hand I've lost hope for this site, on the other hand it's literally the best place due to the tag filters that god forbid pixiv is infested with mmds and AI

Try 5-10 years ago. Probably even before that. There are several clones out there that scrape off this site. The only thing most of them need to do to get to Danbooru’s level is improve their tagging systems.

tl;dr payment processors get rly upset about handling anything Adult Content related (which is why onlyfans and patreon have previously been on thin ice and why tumblr got the stupid porn ban a while back) because of like a small handful of christian fundamentalist lobbying groups in the united states of eagles. which means the payment processor said "nuh-uh we're not allowing payments for danbooru anymore because you have tiddies on here" and haven't been able to find another payment processor since

Hello, I tried to read the whole thread but 50 pages is really a lot so I read the beginning and the middle and from what I understand, no one wants to cooperate with you because for the money that would flow through them, there would be access to the image on the edge? So wouldn't it be possible to introduce just a silver role that would only make QOL things accessible? (more tags, private favorites, etc.) without access to the images on the edge so that it would be easier to find someone who would be willing to carry out at least this transaction

How would a payment processor enforce what content a website provides access to? How would it profit them to get that involved in the details?
When you try to make a corporate entity police anything, they will choose the lowest effort, lowest risk, and lowest cost route that will still make them the greatest profit. The overhead involved in actually examining and assessing the workings of an individual website to determine if its gatekeeping system is satisfactory to their shareholders whims would be quite a lot of effort for very little reward.
