Disambiguating painting

create alias painting -> painting_(action)

To keep in line with painting_(medium) and painting_(object).

Someone needs to fix the mistags, there's a lot of random painting (object)s and painting (medium)s in there.

Search painting_(action) -picture_frame -canvas_(object) -paint_can -crayon -smeargle -splatoon_(series) -facepaint -bodypaint -paint_splatter -spray_can -paint_roller -paintbrush -easel -palette_(object) -painting_(object) yields under 300 results. Most of them look like they could be tagged as painting_(medium), but I would expect some of them to be mixed_media and some faux_traditional_media.

BUR #10234 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

remove alias painting -> painting_(action)
deprecate painting

I made the BUR before the Deprecate feature was added, would've deprecated it otherwise.
