rename camilla_(pokemon) -> tina_(pokemon)

BUR #8062 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

rename camilla_(pokemon) -> tina_(pokemon)
create alias rikka_(pokemon) -> tina_(pokemon)

This previously unused character was added to Pokemon Masters EX today and in the process had her final name, Tina, revealed.

Rika is her Japanese name, which I've included as a utility alias.

リッカ is Rikka or Ricca, not Rika.

I just took the romanisation Bulbapedia used for granted. Since I personally know of no official sources which romanise her name, I'll edit the BUR to use Rikka.

Well that's weird, when I opened Bulbapedia it said "Ricca" there too, but then someone changed it.

But ッ doubles the next consonant, so リッカ has a double c/k.
