Panty and Stocking full names alias

BUR #7808 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias anarchy_panty -> panty_(psg)
create alias anarchy_stocking -> stocking_(psg)

Full name aliases for easier searching.

I haven't seen anyone calling them by their full names but I don't see a reason against this alias.

Edit: At least on Pixiv their full names are used as tags.
