create alias tokyo_houkago_summoners -> tokyo_afterschool_summoners

We're the only place that uses "houkago" in the middle of the copyright name like that. All translations use "afterschool".

Once this is approved I will also alias all the character tags into ones with a *_(housamo) qualifier instead of the bulky *_(tokyo_houkago_summoners) we currently use.
This is similar to what we did to the kantai collection copyright.

You don't need to remove the alias, it can be reversed in one step.
