Changing tachibana_hibiki_(symphogear)_(another) category

BUR #7717 has been rejected.

category tachibana_hibiki_(symphogear)_(another) -> character

The current general tag describes a specific alternate version of a specific character, and should be in the character category as a result of that.

It's already a character tag.

Yeah I changed it after I saw the topic but got sidetracked after that, so the BUR can be rejected.

The bulk update request #7717 (forum #199101) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.
