Mayors (Arknights): This character is a Limbus Company original and only appears in the crossover event in Limbus Company. However, she is meant to be a character from the Arknights universe. Should this qualifier be maintained as (Arknights), switched to Project Moon, or something more complicated? See also forum #389755.

I'll leave Andoain out because his last name is newer and lore related, and there's a big chance that he will become an operator later and his operator name will just be "Andoain". I think the others are fine, otherwise we go through every arknights NPC we have and decide which ones deserve full names and which ones don't. They are also recognized by the PRTS wiki and the Arknights Terra wiki, the full names are introduced at the first time you learn about the character (which is kind of what prompted me to revise the NPC tags, since game wikis usually omit full name. Arknights wikis tend to prefer full names so these renames are not completely insane.)

Since this thread has sort of become the main Arknights thread, I may as well bring it up here. Rhodes Island uniform seems undertagged at the moment, at least when compared to similar counterparts in other copyrights (ex. Griffin & Kryuger military uniform). Should an effort be organized to get it properly tagged, or is it even needed?

I made it recently. It's undertagged at the moment because I've only been adding it to official arts as I sort out the characters. More personalized uniforms like Chaldea uniform exists so I think it's fine as a tag. Otherwise it's kind of difficult to search for. After the deprecation of uniform, we were told to "just create the uniform tag", so I expect missing copyright-specific uniform tags to be created.

Feel free to populate it. There're also pool:Arknights_-_Standard-Issue_Rhodes_Island_Operator_Uniforms and doctor's coat (arknights) that need to be taken care of.

They are many different forms of Seaborn, but it's currently not possible to find all of them with a single search, this BUR aims to imply all of them together so users can find posts containing any form of Seaborn.

A few were excluded due to not having any chartags yet.

Seaborn is being used for seaborn enemy units, seaborn infections on human characters, seaborn characters, human turned seaborn characters and unidentifiable seaborns. It needs to clarify what it is for before implications can be done.
