What to do about the sucking tag?

This tag sucks. It's not currently implicated by the other *_sucking tags, and right now it seems it's largely used for popsicles, or either as padding or mistagging on breast_sucking and fellatio posts. If we want to use it as an umbrella tag it should have implications from other sucking tags, otherwise there might need to be a more specific sucking_popsicle or whatever tag.

We could probably make some popsicle_in_mouth tag for half about half the posts currently tagged with sucking. Most of them doesnt even depict any sucking action.

There is room for cleaning on the posts that doesnt have popsicles but there are several cases that I dont know how else to tag.
