The clothes around neck tag was a duplicate tag for jacket around neck with a single shirt around neck post. I moved the posts in the appropriate tags.
I don't think it makes much sense for us to join shirt around neck and jacket around neck when one is for a shirt lifted behind the head and another is for a jacket tied around the neck.
I think shirt around neck is a bad name, it wasn't immediate to me what the tag was truly for without looking at the result.
Wouldn't something like shirt behind neck or shirt behind head be a better name? I'm not good at clothing tag names so hopefully someone else has a better proposal. Also, it should imply shirt lift, since it's an extreme version of that tag.

Now that you mention it, I agree.
I'm leaning towards shirt behind head. It's a decent tag name, but neck might be more accurate.
I'll edit the BUR when we get a couple more opinions.
Should remove the clothes_around_neck implication too since that tag's empty now.

The bulk update request #6648 (forum #193773) has been approved by @nonamethanks.
I think this tag was originally used as an alternate for sweater around neck as there were still several posts along those lines in there. I've moved them accordingly as shirt behind neck makes no sense for them.
