This is a sequel to my earlier Q1 2021 anime release "Nipplications" (topic #17932) - except every nipple tag has been recast with a lip tag, so it is more suitable for wider audiences.

We already have a "colored lips" tag, it's called lipstick. It's a similar issue to topic #19192. Do we want to alias lipstick to colored lips? Because otherwise we'll have two huge almost perfectly overlapping tags and people will use
one or the other according to their own personal preference.

Also pink lips is full of examples of natural looking lips because taggers can't help themselves in using tags wrong.
