I voted against it because it'd make more sense to have the futanari tag as a catch-all tag for me.
I get that it doesn't make sense when you look at their descriptions but if I were to search for a girl with a penis I'd not use dickgirls I'd search for futanari. And I think that futanari is more ubiquitously used rather than the other variations anyway.

You simply asked for a reason, you never asked for a good reason. I simply don't think it's worth it to change it around now after the previous implication was made.

I think you missed my point. I was talking about searching newhalf, not about removing futanari from newhalf posts. That isn't a mistag under the definitions we're using.
I think the best way to deal with these tags would be to copy the way e-hentai does as it's a very popular website so following a large standard that people are familiar with would work best.
Shemale: Girls that have male genitals but not a vagina.
Futanari: A participant with both a penis and a vagina.
Finding a girl with testicles and a vagina then just becomes a matter of searching futanari and testicles. Dickgirl is an alias for both on e-hentai but, unless you can have an alias suggest 2 tags on Danbooru, I would suggest having it alias to the larger tag between shemale and futanari.

Yeah, I guess that's fine to keep since it wouldn't conflict with shemale vs futanari. Also, don't know how these work currently but:
Tags like hermaphrodite and transgender should be tagged due to character canon or in-story canon only.
Hermaphrodite should be mutually exclusive with futanari, shemale (newhalf), and transgender.
Transgender should be mutually exclusive with futanari and hermaphrodite but not shemale (newhalf).
Another option would be removing hermaphrodite and transgender as tagging due to canon goes against tagging what you see and not what you know. Hermaphrodite would then alias to futanari.

Frankly, we could probably nuke the hermaphrodite tag. Of the currently 126 currently tagged images, half of them Crimvael from Interspecies Reviewers plus an overlapping half are already tagged futanari. And most of them are neither androgynous nor showing both organs. An among the ones that aren't that character, it's mostly the same deal.

Transgender has some narrow use for things like post #4093993 where it clearly shows that the person is trans.
It just needs careful gardening due to canon tagging and general overuse.

Wouldn't it be better to just have a pool for a more abstract idea like that that will require "gardening?"
Moving tags to pools is not a solution, it just moves the problem to a place where it's even harder to fix it. "transgender" as a concept is not subjective, it means a very specific thing.
Unfortunately users tend to tag canon instead of what's actually in the picture (as seen in this thread), rendering this kind of tag useless and impossible to browse, so moving the tag to a pool just means we'll have that pool showing up in every single picture of specific characters.

That does not include posts like post #4038855 (guro) or post #4481070 (implied).

I think the first is more accurately covered by the genderswap tag if you change the definition a bit as it's the physical act of swapping. The 2nd is tagged "before and after" so I think it would cover it.
