It looks like this was tagged on a few occasions on images completely unrelated to FGO, apparently being mistaken for a general theme tag instead of a specific outfit in FGO. It probably should have a qualifier to look less ambiguous.

I’m rather iffy about doing any but the most popular ones like Dangerous Beast, Royal Icing and Trick or Treatment. Maybe take it slow for now and populate some of the lesser tags in the meantime. I don’t even want to think about tackling Ascension forms for now, since it looks like everyone’s burned out from just dealing with cleaning up the qualifiers.
I also have a bad feeling that the new batch of Swimsuit Servants coming out later this month may cause some future headaches as well, considering that I saw Loli Da Vinci confirmed as the new event’s welfare character.

I agree with Summon Ticket and Craft Essence, but I'm a bit skeptical of the others.
I know Archer is qualified, but alter isn't used in many other places and it implicates the non-alter version. Emiya could be expanded to Emiya_Shirou or qualified.
Emotional engine could probably be left as is. It's fairly distinct in its usage, won't get much use going forward as it's a dead meme, and is only occasionally seen with non-Fate characters.
I kind of agree, it feels weird to qualify emiya alter when emiya shirou is not. I'd just qualify archer alter, summon ticket and craft essence of those three. Not sure about emotional engine because it's a pretty long name already.

The thing is Emiya shirou needs to have no obvious connection to the servants because of spoiler reasons.
Emiya alter is the actual alter version of Archer (fate), Archer alter is just an appearance that he took in one OVA.
I wanted to qualify them for consistency because it seems almost all servants will have the qualifier. Unless are we keeping all alter servants unqualified? I'm fine either way as long as it's semi-consistent.
For now, I edited the BUR to keep only the 3 agreed upon.

Not sure if this needs the qualifier, but I don't think it would be clear what this tag represents to the average non-FGO fan.
Reading the wiki, can it also imply stellated_octahedron? SQ is not always drawn very big or noticeable, but I thought I could ask.

No, because it can also be broken: post #3951532. It's also not too hard to imagine a personification of it.

It's a kinda unique name, but my personal opinion is that general tags directly tied to copyrights should get the appropriate qualifier, simply because otherwise nobody who's not familiar with the relevant franchises can tell what the hell those tags are for when seeing them in the tag list.

In that case, there are quite a few Fate-related gentags to consider, primarily with named costumes (Chaldea Uniform, Chaldea Combat Uniform, etc.) and gameplay mechanics that slipped through the cracks:
buster shirt/quick shirt/arts shirt/extra attack shirt
golden apple (needs to be isolated from general images with gold-colored apples and renamed to golden fruit (fate))
mana prism
rare prism
saint quartz fragment
silver apple (may need to be renamed to silver fruit (fate))
Are golden apple and silver apple in fate visually distinct from generic golden/silver apples from different copyrights? If no, then we don't really need a separate tag just for them.
