Can't add note/wiki to artist tag

I'm trying to give a little descrition for an artist tag, noting that he's a mangaka and his best known work. According to help:artists, when you create an artist tag there should be a field for "notes", which is equivalent to the wiki of the artist tag. Is there a reason this is not showing up? Does the artist tag needs any requirement before putting a description like a wiki?

That field probably got removed at some point. That wiki, like a lot of helps/howtos, was made seven years ago and hasn't been updated much between then and now, so it's likely out of date.

Yes. Need create wiki page with same artist name.
Example for artist #87509 - guilty_testament {I create and delete wiki, because not show for artist page}
Example artist #11239 already have wiki testa, because edit artist page have edit link for edit wiki {edit artist -> edit button = edit wiki}.

Thanks for explaining to me. So, just need to create it like I would do with a new wiki, but with the same name as the artist tag.
