I think it's fixed. I copied the info from the ahoge girl wiki to the ursula wiki

That's probably what caused the issue.
For alias request, just leave the new wikis + tags blank until alias request has gone through.

I've deleted the wiki for the antecedent tags, now it should (probably) work.

It was actually in a deleted state the first time I attempted this.

Not sure, but maybe it needs all fields to be empty/to not conflict, including translated tags.
