Reason: Followup to forum #164496.
Copytags shouldn't imply gentags, and there's several cases for these where the copyright is being displayed as a painting or in a television (post #2675818 for example), or is a reimagination and not a parody.

nihonga is an especially bad case because of all the wave backgrounds tagged with it that automatically get "parody" added. Even the wiki notes that parody is just one of two cases for the use of this technique, the other being just a reference with no intent to parody.

We even have the absurd case of the reference work (post #250658) being tagged as a parody of itself.
